A great pub with lots of parking, and outdoor area and a friendly and warming bar with pool table, lots of dining areas and an open fire.
Well stocked bar.
Lovely bar staff too.
We had a vegetarian roast dinner and it was lovely.
Absolutely wonderful pub. Staff were absolutely brilliant couldnt of gone more out of there way to help make sure our visit was a good one.
The roasts were a definite hit for me and my husband with more food than you could have wanted.
Definitely will be returning when next in the area ????
A warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere, plus piping hot freshly cooked food at really good prices. Spent a few hours here playing pool and darts with my family, and will definitely be repeating the experience in the not too distant future!

The main meal of gammon was really lovely ????pudding was nice, a little on the small side, but was enough for me. One suggestion is more staff on 'shop floor' on a Saturday night, and be prepared for steak orders on a Saturday night.
Although there is a restaurant here it is closed, no meals served at all. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, open from 5pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3pm Fridays, 2pm Saturdays and 12pm on Sundays until 11.30pm for drinks and bar snacks only. It is very clean there, they have ample seating, a pool table, juke box and a lovely huge cast iron log burner which is lit in the colder season. There is also a beer garden.
Had a delicious meal plenty of choice on Menu. Very efficient service and a very welcoming atmosphere. Reasonably priced as well see you soon ????
Really nice food, staff very friendly & nice, recommend this place for a evening meal, easy to park outside.
