Essen war sehr lecker. Der Service war top, selten so eine freundliche und gute Bedienung erlebt in Genf. Wir hatten jedoch nach dem Essen Bauchschmerzen was aber auch an den Zwiebeln im Burger gelegen haben kann. Im Allgemeinen sehr empfehlenswert.

Food was amazing! We ordered The Burger Factory, The Mexican and the chicken tenders. We went late afternoon so there werent anyone so no wait for us. Burger was huge and if you take the set it came with fries (which was also amazing!), coleslaw and drinks. And they are Halal too! If you are in Lucerne, I recommend you check them out ????

Everything is homemade/artisanal. We had the burger factory menu, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, and fries. All are delicious and we can taste that they use high quality ingredients.
the owner and staffs are welcoming and attentive, feel like we're not in a fastfood restaurant :)

Un vrai pain bun du boulanger. Le Burger excellent et bonne sauce.

We ordered two different burgers and fries from the menu and were disappointed with our visit. It was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4.8 rating restaurant (the rating score at the time of visit)
The french fries probably were cooked with rancid oil and tasted horrible, and the burger was not well cooked. It was undoubtedly the worst food we had in our 1-week stay in Geneva, and I don’t recommend it.
Qualité des burgers un peu au-dessus du fast food moyen mais quand même en-dessous d'un bon burger en restaurant qui sait y faire. Toutefois, les prix suivent. En effet, pour une vaingtaine de francs vous pourrez avoir un burger+frites+boisson grâce à l'option menu.
Les frites sont elles aussi meilleures que celles que vous trouverez dans Mcdonald ou autre fast food.
La qualité général est donc bonne. En ce qui concerne la quantité, il se peut que vous aillez encore légèrement faim après un menu mais franchement c'est compréhensible vu le prix et la qualité. Pour les gros mangeurs, je conseillerai de prendre un accompagnement en plus ce qui amènerai à un prix total de 25fr environ.
En bref, le rapport qualité/prix est bon sans être extraordinaire, je conseil donc l'adresse pour les amateurs de burgers en quête de nouvelles découvertes à bas prix.
Superbe expérience pour un restaurant qui paie pas de mine de dehors.
Arrivé par hasard, nous sommes repartis après un bon burger tout simplement bon.
