£4.50 lunchtime deal for fish and chips with a side (butter roll, mushy peas or curry sauce) and a drink is a pretty good deal. While the portion isn't huge, it's big enough to fill you up and the fish tastes great!
They don't have a menu you can take away and the lady behind the counter denied me from taking a picture of the menu which was bizarre. The chips were very salty despite me asking for just a little bit of sauce. Only points to complain about an otherwise great experience.

Lovely, friendly, clean place that offers a good tasty variety. Delicious.
Taste wise is good. But second time in a row, COD is not fully cooked. To crunchy of being half raw.
Lady on the counter is racist. It's 3rd time the first order is mine and then a white couple gives an order and 2 more people give orders she gives it to all of them and gets it in the last 30 to 45 min she is not listening, chips are not fresh fish is raw a well. Not recommended to waste your money.

Absolute rude service. The lady is horrific. She is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. If I ever call up to place and order, even being 2 portions of chips. I turn up to have a half hour wait and she gets the order wrong, talks to me horribly. Does not act like she wants to be there. NOT WORTH GOING. After all, the food is normally not good, does not add up to the price that I pay. But honestly, if they have someone else serving with a bit of common sense than maybe they'd put your order together before you get there, hand it over and make way with you. It takes 2 minutes to bag up chips and hand them over, especially when I ordered 15 minutes after that time she said it would be ready, turn up and not have them ready than wait half hour. Hopefully she can change her attitude and becomes a bit more logical.
Never eating there again.
