Tasty menu, friendly service, and a cozy place. We stopped here for lunch while wandering our way around the countryside, and I'll remember it as one of the best meals of our vacation. Well deserving of 5 stars!
Recommend by ardoch house. Very kind staff. Liked the drinks. Food was excellent, my lady was satisfied by the size of the meal. Could have been a little more for a grown man ????????
We enjoyed our visit and the time spent there so definitely a recommendation.
Good solid pub fare. Pub dog enjoyed chilling out. Seems the hangout for locals. All pretty friendly. It's a fairly small place so big doggos take up a lot of space.
Nice little pub in the main road through the town. Our lunch there was very tasty.
The Inn has reopened with new owners just about a month ago and after reading the old reviews I can only say that they must be even better than the old owners! Fabulous service, very kind staff and last but not least a not too long but very good menu. The whisky bar is still being built up but the beer choice was just after my taste (and there were more options). Thanks a lot for two very nice dinners!!!
We were recommended to eat here by the owner of Ardoch House Hotel where we are staying on our walk of the West Highland Way Fabulous place to eat. Friendly and welcoming. Great staff. Great food. Thank you to both The Blane Valley Inn and Ardoch House Hotel for making our West Highland Way walk so special.
Very impressed with the standard and presentation of the food. The night we were here there was a real fire which added to the warm and pleasant atmosphere. Staff were also very helpful. Definitely recommend this establishment.
It's a good place to eat if you're in Strathblane or passing thru. Wouldn't make a special trip to eat there. The food is fine and of consistent quality, though not particularly exciting. Under new ownership, the food quality has definitely improved, and the seating is comfortable too, with a more light and open feel.
