Best KPortal Reviews

Dart, pool, sky sport, suitable for kids, outdoor places to drink and smoke. Enough Parking space
I'm no George Orwell, and this is not his Moon Under The Water, but it is my idea of a perfect pub.
All I want from a pub is friendly service, good beer, great atmosphere, and at least one barmaid you can fall in love with, at first sight. I'd prefer lower prices, but realise that I'm a long way from home, and this must be the going rate, round these parts, otherwise why would so many people visit.
Left here wishing I didn't have to drive... Wishing I lived nearer... And wishing I was a similar age to the beautiful lady in the red outfit, on Good Friday!
Can't wait to visit again.
Waited for 40 mins to be served whilst bar staff served regulars, we raised the waiting staff, they argued that they were doing the best they could and tough luck. Really very very poor and will not return
Could smell the toilets at the bar.
Have been before it doesn't change.
Met a lot of friends in there.
Excellent music great crowd of people
Located in the heart of Blackbird Leys in Oxford. Decent selection of beers and other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Pool table, darts board, fruit machines and a jukebox available to make your visit even better. Reasonable prices are welcome however cash only option these days is a big minus. Pleasant atmosphere inside and a large beer garden outside.
Initially parked in car park @ rear of pub waiting for friend. There were kids in there playing about. Now I'm led to believe these belonged to a barmaid who worked in the pub ? They were throwing rocks about or the young lad who looked about 2 or 3, (Kiari) his 2 sisters called him where throwing rocks ???? at them. I told him to stop it as he could hurt them or hit the cars. Then he changed aim and aimed @ me. His sisters told him to stop, but with no adults in sight he carried on and threw a rock @ me, which I was trying to stop hitting my brand new BMW worth £56k. The rock he hurled hooked and hit the car next to mine causing a big chip in the paintwork and a dent. It was a white saloon with a 12 plate registration. I had to quickly leave and wait opp the pub. Had a chat with a black guy on leaving and he had a word with the little kid as it looked like he knew him. So if parking in said car park and leaving your car there ? Be careful and don't be suprised if you have dents or paint damage when you return to your vehicle. But like the sign says, "cars are left there at your own risk". Pub is cash only and no cards accepted. No food is served as well. But there's a chippy and Chinese takeaway around the corner.
Great pub, salt of the earth stuff
