Don't judge a book by its cover. The van looks knackered but this guy knows exactly what he is doing, and full marks to him and his team. Good fresh food. Win every time. I'm hooked. Other kebabs elsewhere are reheated/lack the quality. Wish I hadn't negatively pre-judged his van on earlier times, but am making up for it now.
I think I have probably tried virtually every kebab shop in and around Chelmsford over the years but I can honestly say that the food we had from Best Kebab last night was the best ever!! Everything was so fresh and cooked so well. There were 5 of us and we are all in agreement and won’t be going anywhere else for our kebabs in future!
Went past this place daily for 3 years. Tried a kebab on a whim last night. Calling it Best Kebab i strangely found off putting. I have to say I was shocked. It is the best kebab I have ever had. The meat was wonderful and tasty and the salad tasted fresher than I buy from the supermarket. Absolutely unbelievable! Would highly recommend just giving it a try and see what you think... All your pre conceptions from buying food from a van will be blown away!
I come from Cornwall and come up to work on a turkey farm before Christmas plus spend time with family and every year i look forward to one of their 1/2 lb burgers with everything on it. There is a kebab shop in the village i live in Cornwall but their burgers and Kebab meat aren't a patch on the food from here. Luvly jubly. Keep up the good work.

My husband had a lamb shish and I had a chicken Shish! Absolutely delicious, the best kebab we have had in forever! Garlic and chilli sauce was stunning! Can’t wait to have again.
Authentic Turkish kebab. Attention on the bread which is the best bread for kebabs in Chelmsford which I have found so far. I will be back. Excellent service. Succulent tender slabs of meat.
