Popped in for Sunday roast. Excellent value for money. Large meal three well portioned meats plus veg for £11.50 will definitely visit again. Thank.you
Visited whilst on holiday, had pre booked earlier same day for a party of 6 plus a dog. Was made to feel very welcome by the friendly staff. We could either sit in the bar or use the seating in the beer garden, we chose the latter as it was such a warm evening. Our order included burger, steaks and hunters chicken with extra sides, we was pre warned of a waiting time but we were happy to wait. The food all tasted great and very good value for money. Was nice that the landlady came and spent time after our meals to have a chat. Good luck with everything, will look you up again next time we're in Shropshire.
If you like home cooking, big portions and quality food, you must visit here. Proper hand cut chips, the steak was lovely! A quiet unassuming pub but well worth a visit

Dropped in while passing through. Very welcoming staff and the food was lovely. Also, they're dog friendly.
It would have been good value if the food was too a rebel standard, and when asked for ice in the drinks they had no ice and was very much under the impression this was the norm .
2nd visit...had steak pie. Fries..peas ...my pet hate is hot food on a cold plate! It's a no from me...plus need more staff...
Stopped off for a quiet drink, I had G&T, my husband had a coke. Lovely pub, staff and customers were friendly and welcoming. Very nice beer garden. Clean and very pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
