Vue fabuleuse depuis la terrasse du restaurant. Service correct. En revanche la carte ne contient que des minis plats / entrées à des prix exorbitants. Deux croquettas pour 26€, une salade avec trois morceaux d’avocat et du maïs pour 25€, un virgin cocktail pour 18€… Nourriture et présentation décevantes, nous sommes repartis le ventre vide.
It’s clearly the first year of Six Sens Ibiza so food needs to be seriously tuned by the Chef (that will arrive in June 2022 only)
Basically menu is very short for now : it’s ceviches/micro crudos of fish, ribes or vegetarian food

Other problem : Six sens hotel and restaurants is totally LOST, 50 min away from Evissa after a mountain deadly road. Don’t even think about drinking before the road back
Bref : the only real interest is the amazing sunset from the restaurant and on the rocks (no beach at Six sens) down the hotel to walk.
The hotel is clearly a beautiful palace but who’s gonna come soooo far in Ibiza party island ?!?
Wat een geweldige beleving van eten met een formidabel uitzicht op een spectaculaire zonsondergang. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en service gericht.
De gangen mogen, wat ons betreft, wat minder snel geserveerd worden.

€90 sea bass the waiter does not serve it. I ask for a fish knife so I can serve it myself. He brings me a spoon and tells me he doesn't have fish cutlery. That's when I start to hallucinate...
Missing for a six senses charges you the five stars it has but they serve as any tavern.
They say that the hotel is sustainable. I wonder if destroying the natural area of Cala Xarraca and making such a monster

Personnel pouvant être hautain, Malgré une réservation pour l'apéro au beach club. Au moment de commander le desserts on nous demande de partir ou de manger en 5 minutes! Apparemment on aurait eu une grosse faveur en restant plus de 1h.

Der Service muss dringend verbessert werden. Maßlos überfordert mit einer Gruppe. Hätten gerne mehr konsumiert. War nicht möglich, da wir nicht bedient wurden. Qualität vom Essen und den Drinks mega. Ausblick ebenso super.
Très très cher pour la qualité du restaurant… belle carte de vins néanmoins, vue splendide et décoration top. Mais vraiment c’est hors de prix pour la qualité / exécution des plats
Wasn’t ready with the drink. The food came in, small plates and very expensive. Everything was done in 45min. Horrible for a restaurant in a 5star hotel.
