We held a fundraising event for our best friend here and the staff accommodated for all our needs. The atmosphere was electric inside and everyone had a fantastic day. Thanks to all the staff for their amazing efforts. You are awesome ????
The barn is ok, the staff are nice, not much for the kids to do. Asked about games but they don't have them anymore due to them getting ruined. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months
For carervan owners only, joke, was empty, unless you own the caravan don't bother, they will refuse you, what about shallet owners, I don't get it. Paying the same site fees
We have stayed in a caravan 1 min away from this place. The Barn was empty almost all the time. One day we have decided to get few drinks there but been told that we cannot buy anything there unless we are a caravan owner.
Love this place definitely will be calling here again.
Came for the quiz night and had lots of fun and won yes, Its great as there is something for everyone even our granddaughter had fun ????.

Very disappointed, this is a caravan owners bar even though not clearly sign posted. First time visiting this haven site so we didn't know at all. The one staff member was very polite Vanessa but the other 2 staff were very rude and in unbecoming. No customer service skills at all and very unprofessional. The bar was literally empty also to note lots of broken chairs outside a clear danger to kids and adults. Not sure how this place is even allowed to open in this situation???
Honestly, the staff here are absolutely amazing. P, A, S, K (staff members) have been without a doubt, some of the best people I have ever met. It’s always service with a smile, and they are so supportive of myself if I’m ever struggling with my mental health. They’re so understanding and P and S especially have been my rocks. Please bring them back next year, I’m begging you! There’s always such a great atmosphere too!
Owners area, pool room, large outside space, play area. Hosts activities for kids and adults, more pub vibe than club house
