I'm from out of the area but I would 100% return here the place is a little gem and the food was great!
Visited here whilst staying at the lakes and we loved the shop. The quality of the sausage roll, cookie and pork pie is really good. We also thought the prices were quite fair with the quality. There is parking available nearby at the rear which is free for 2-hours.
Love love love this place! Fabulous cakes, sandwiches, pies, cut meat and lots of lovely local produce. Gorgeous chocolates. Well worth a visit and the best home made coleslaw for miles around. All the ladies are lovely and very helpful. I never go to this village without a visit to this shop for yummy everything

Oh my goodness the olive bread is absolutely superb. I have to buy several at a time to freeze as its so good! So many delicious treats to find here too..cheese, meats, baked goods and confectionery. Honestly this place is divine and worth travelling for.
High quality, large delicatessen located on the high street. Huge selection of pastries and cakes with a whole area devoted to chocolates! Plus lots of other edibles including some great gift ideas. Excellent quality in all categories, we've sampled many items from all sections, never disappointed. Sometimes there's a queue so plan your time accordingly but that's never a bad sign! Highly recommended.
There is a reason there are queues of people waiting to get into this shop. It's because it's blooming delicious. Amazing filled rolls, cakes - omg the cakes! Chocolates, deli counter, bread....... People come from miles around. Everything tastes as good as it all looks. The staff are lovely too and very patient as customers gaze at all the goodies.
Lovely place. Amazing food choices, sweet treats, jams, honey and flavour infused oils.
Price place but eveything is local so worth every penny.
