Love picking up fresh baked bread roll n cakes from here but you have to get there early as they sell out quick ????
This is the first time that I’ve had an unpleasant cake from this shop, I purchase 4 other types of cakes today, they were all very delicious, but the London Cheesecake, which is my wife’s favourite, had a burnt layer covered by the coconut, we can only assume it’s the jam that has burnt. I shall be scrutinising my cake purchases in future, and I hope this is a one off, as I’ve said, everything I have bought from here before has been excellent.
Yet again, it's the fantastic Belgium buns that we keep treating ourselves to. Although you have a large choice of cakes and bread, we always buy our bread and cakes from here. Best local bakery.
Lovely food from here and is freshly prepared for you
I purchased two cream slices, a doughnut and a sausage roll from here and I was very disappointed. The sausage roll was burnt and I mean really burnt. The. Cream slices were also overdone and the jam used wasnt very nice either. The only thing that we are was the doughnut.
I always do my best to support independent business but I was disappointed
Always lovely cakes and bread. Great selection at reasonable prices ????.
I often travel miles just to buy their doughnuts. You must try the apple ones but for a real treat, the custard ones (creme anglais)
Had a sausage roll and a choc and caramel tart, the sausage roll was nice and the tart was absolutely gorgeous!
