The wonderful atmosphere and delightful staff, particularly the friendly Asian gentleman at the counter, never fail to make my visits enjoyable. His warm greetings and engaging conversations have made me a loyal customer since our first meeting.
Very sad to see some of the comments about the young Asian chap. Myself and my partner have always been warmly greeted by him. Always very friendly and seems to me, trying to make friends. Always cheers me up with his charm and friendliness.
New staff are very rude never have any stock every time you go there there is no one on the tills they are always out the back so you have to wait for pump to be authorized one is always smoking around the side of garage and locks door this garage has gone down hill rapidly
Deeply saddened to the reviews going up about the young Asian man in the garage , his sense of humour is very much Miss understood , it can ruin lives to say such things , he has always gone above and beyond for myself and family ! He is a great worker.
Tried using the Texaco reward card numerous times and the guy behind the till always says it’s not working. Also, the Asian guy in the afternoons is always making strange and unnecessary remarks. Will never come back and do not recommend any females to use this place.
I will be reporting the young man to the police. He makes me extremely uncomfortable and becomes aggressive. His behaviour towards me has been escalating and he will not put my petrol on the machine for me to pay until he has harassed me - meaning I cannot leave.

Young Asian guy still hassling female customers - including my teenage daughter late at night when she was alone. Very intimidated and shaken up by the experience. Let’s assume he’s being naive but please can this be addressed by management.
