Appalling customer service and yes you are aware of this in the Edinburgh store harlow - so you make your extreme profit whilst hard working people can't afford to feed their families properly. You have profited from the misery of parents who can't feed their children, the people who can't afford to heat their homes, inflating prices on a whim.
