Very enjoyable place to have your breakfast.
We have been very professionally greeted by Lisa and very carefully treated by Afonso at the table.
My scrambled eggs & toast were well prepared and was served within less than 5 minutes.
The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing, music was not too loud and the environment was very clean.
A packed airport at 11:00 we looked at the menu here and were encouraged to go in by the friendliness and enthusiasm of Luca. Luca showed us to the table and passed us on to our server Agna. She was superb, friendly and efficient. 2 bacon panini a sausage pannini and a pancake for breakfast. All absolutely superb. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
We were seated fairly quickly.
The tables are very close together, so much so that either side of me had to move over so that I could get a seat.
The food was served quickly.
My chicken was extremely tough and rubbery.
Understandably it may have been re heated for speed, but it was actually hard to cut !
The dessert was very small, and certainly not good value for money..
I find this place to be expensive for what it is and wouldn't visit again.
No toilets available.
None of the restaurants have toilets, you have to use the main ones..

The beautiful restaurant: serves delicious Italian food. The pizza tastes amazing.. The coffee is made to perfection

Most terrible restaurant to visit got charged £4.45 for a slice of toast, and customer service was rubbish. The worst part was the toast was not freshly done and cold so I didn’t even eat them because of this but I had to pay for it, I also ordered sausage and bacon. The sausages were cold so I couldn’t eat those either but the bacon was good.
My friend ordered the Big Ben and her food was also cold and the didn’t have some of the items included and substituted for chips which were served cold and hard and on top of it my friend ordered toast which also arrived cold
