Extremely dangerous place!
If there was minus stars I would give but have to give 1 star to be able to submit this.
Please stay away at all costs. I took my car for MOT today. They told me that it is £55 whereas it is £40 in most of the places in Oxford. I told them to contact me via message if anything needs changing and not to do anything without talking to me. When I went to take my car, i was told 3 bulbs were changed on my brake lights and I was asked to pay money for it on top of £55. I asked why they did not inform me about that in advance. I found myself surrounded by 5 men immediately. One of them pointed his finger at me and said walked towards me while shouting ‘you are the trouble maker’ and other terrible things which i do not remember due to stress. I told him that I feel threatened and verbally abused. He came a few more steps towards me before I went out to call the police. When I told him to stay away from me, he told me that he has eyewitnesses here and cameras instead of apologising. I called the police and reported this incident. Then called my friend to come to save me from this terrible environment. Extremely misogynistic and dangerous place to be in.
Received the most unprofessional service. Took my car in with an engine warning light and was asked ‘what you worried about that for if the engine is still running?’ What the heck?! I’m not an auto-mechanic and I have a warning light from the manufacturers of my vehicle. Of course I’m worried! Zero respect and full of misogyny!
Simple job they couldn't do, broken parts inside car engine and my car was shaking, the engine was damaged, I went to challenge them , and the guy was swearing. The way they were speaking to me was so rude and highly disrespectful. I don't think they following UK rules and regulations.i wouldn't recommend you to visit this garage.
Don't take your car here had MOT done only for my door to get damaged and then the mechanic to deny it. STAY AWAY from here.
Very friendly staff members and helpful when I had an issue with the car. They sorted it straight away and good on price!
Took some of the stress out of a car breaking down on the motorway. Was very lucky to find this garage in Oxford open on a Saturday. Feeling very tired after breaking down on the motorway and spending the night in the car, found this place to be open and was lucky enough for a mechanic to spend almost 4 hours fixing it. Good camaraderie between all the staff that work there. Thanks for getting the car fixed without booking ahead even though was very busy that day. Recommend this place.
Unreliable place. They promised to fix my car and leave the key on the wheel. Forgot to do this in spite of getting 45 pound tip for it. Had to cancel my flight because of it.
Avoid this place , they fix one problem and charge you but you'll have to come back as they created another 3 problems while fixing the one, they put back my engine cover with 1 screw and left the other 5 slots without screw, they fixed an oil leak and after few weeks my engine is leaking worse.
