I found myself in trouble after hearing a rubbing sound on my Audi S3 over the weekend. Needing to travel 185 miles on Tuesday I went to Tegfan 9am Monday. They immediately came out with me to listen to the problem. They dropped me home and by 3pm returned with my Audi and a new set of rear break pads. They also refilled my empty screen wash, really like that kind of service. This garage has a great approach to getting the job done and looking after their customers. Thank you for getting me back on the road. From now on this is my service and repair centre. Great job ????????????
Simply called in for some advice re a small paint issue. Couldn't have been more helpful. Infact, touched up the damage on the spot and wouldn't take a payment. Amazing customer service. Don't hesitate to use.
Broke down on family holiday, the worst feeling. However the mechanics here were able to see us quickly, identify the fault and offer an estimate on repair, feeling better.
They went ahead and completed the work as quoted and we were back on track in no time, the best feeling.
