Avoid at all costs! Took my car for them to look at last week. They put it on the diagnostic machine and told me it needed a new camshaft. They said to bring it back on Tuesday and they will do it. Took it back on Tuesday for them to fix it, and acted like they knew nothing about the car and didn't know what it was in for. They had it sat there for 2 days to turn around and say they don't know when they could do the work. Told me the car was fine to drive, drove it once for it to break down. Its cost me £120 to get my car recovered. Absolutely cowboys.
My clutch on my Zafira went kaput on Friday, I was advised by multiple garages I called for quotes rhat if the clutch went then the duel mass fly wheel would need replacing. I rang round for quotes and Teeside and Clevland garage quoted my wife £900.00 for a clutch and duel mass fly wheel. I then received a phone call today to say that they do not need to replace the duel mass fly wheel, just the clutch, and they could do this at a cost of £500. This confused me as I had been told numerous times that the duel mass fly wheel has to be replaced when a new clutch was fitted. My wife then received a phone call today to say the car was ready. She came and picked me up from work and we headed to the garage when we got to the garage the mechanic who had carried out the work looked surprised to me with my wife. He then took us in the office and I questioned him on why the duel mass fly wheel was not replaced. He replied "because I couldn't get hold of the part in time" not that there was nothing wrong with the fly wheel, just I couldn't get the part! He then handed me their invoice and was trying to charge us £780.00 for the clutch! I refused to pay this price and told him I had been quoted £500.00 for just a clutch and that was not his original quote! He then started shouting and swearing at myself and my wife and I could tell he was blaintently thinking that the car belonged to my wife and he was trying to rip her off. I told him he had no chance of us paying that and it was daylight robbery, anyone looking for work on their car should avoid this garage at all cost! Absolutely cowboys!

I came to this garage after being recommended after someone quoted me something ridiculous, the men at this garage took a quick look and knew straight away I didn’t need the full job done, they give me a brilliant price and then found that my brake pads needed doing and still done everything in the original quoted price, they was so honest and genuine and honestly could not thank them enough for their work, will definitely be back and be recommending do all of my friends and family.
