Initially, I was very pleased with the service. I took my vehicle to them , and the car was checked over for the fault . Diagnosed quickly, booked in for repair the next day, and repair was carried out all in 24 hrs !
However, I was not happy when later that week I took the car in for a service (already precooked with a different garage). To be told, the part fitted by Technics was the wrong part, and I should have it changed as soon as possible. This was done quickly, though, with no fuss and obviously no charge. Thank goodness for the service at the other garage!

Excellent customer service, was in the area visiting family when the dreaded engine management light came on, called this garage up and they told me to pop down. Plugged my car in sorted the issue and sent me on the way with a smile. Highly recommended!!

difficult to get hold of for updates. they can’t even work out what’s wrong with the car so we’ve been left without a car and unable to get to work for days now.
Keep saying they’ll ring us back but never do
John and the guys are always good humoured and very knowledgable - old school and with the ability to find a problem and sort it, rather than just change parts and hope for the best.
Also having the MOT bay makes this a terrific one-stop workshop.
