I stripped out some internal screws from my new steamdeck trying to replace the hard drive and was unable to unscrew a few of the screws. I took it in and with a slightly larger screwdriver and a bit of elbow greese they were able to undo the screws. Although it was dealt with quickly I was determined to compensate them for their time, however they refused to take my money and even gave me some spare screws! Very grateful for the speedy and friendly service, I would definitely use them again without hesitation for similar issues.
My phone had a problem with charging so went in to this shop for the first time today. Met the 2 chatty and friendly people who run the store, and they cleaned out my phone (from all the dust inside the charging port). After the 30 seconds it took them to do that, the problem had been resolved and my phone then charged perfectly. On top of that didn't even charge a price due to the nature of the fix. 5/5 stars would highly recommend
Just had my laptop fixed here, both people who helped me were really lovely and were so quick to figure out the issue. They also explained how to fix the issue by myself if it happens again in a way that was really easy to understand. Really helpful and a lovely interaction!!
