I have been here a couple of years for my service and MOT. Both times, there was always something added onto the bill when I arrived. No prior call was given as a courtesy, and the work was just carried out, and I was given a fairly large bill both times. Last time, I was also told there was an advisory on the brakes and that they would need booking in soon to get them replaced. I decided to take my car to another garage to get a second opinion as I had suspicions that they were adding work on that did nkt need doing to bump up the price. I have been told by another garage that there are no issues with the brakes whatsoever, they do not need replacing and not sure why it has been put down as an advisory on the MOT. Please be wary of this garage as it seems like they like to add on additional work that does not need doing to bump up the price. I will not be returning.
We travelled from Devon last week on way to Macclesfield and the brakes on the motorhome were grinding. The team at TBE were superb and got us back on the road the following day. Thanks to everyone there, we were able to attend a memorial that we had travelled up north to attend. Thanks TBE you are great
