I was made to feel very welcome when I walked in by Katie and Jasmine. Very professional, polite, and caring.
Kat carried out my treatment and again was very professional and caring, regularly asking if I was okay throughout my treatment. She is one of the best dentists I've ever met. Thank you !!!
Also, thank you to Kim, who supported Kat. They both work as an amazing team and made me feel very relaxed.

I was very nervous and extremely anxious about visiting dentists ,after going through previous bad experiences
But I can honestly say I need not have been.
Kat the dentist was friendly and professional. She put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do on each of my visits.
Kim her nurse was always very friendly and helped to put you at ease.
Katie on reception was always welcoming and friendly on each visit and on the follow up calls .
I can honestly say Kat and the team at ldle are brilliant.

Well I want to start by saying my tooth cracked & my previous dentist went private so I was then given a new dentist at this same surgery.The girl I saw was very inexperienced & was ready to whip my tooth out & was talking bridges. I knew I had to have a 2nd opinion which then led me to Taylored Dental Care. My experience here with Kat & all her staff has been outstanding so professional & friendly. This girl is a genius ????????. She not only saved my tooth she saved my trust in a dentist again. The care & attention is beyond any I’ve ever witnessed. I even recommended my friend & received an Amazon gift card.
My mum & dad always said look after your teeth they’re precious. I feel everything happens for a reason.

Super flexible for my appointments over three sites and a very professional front of house team, great care and advice once with a clinician and lovely clean and bright surgeries.
