They used to send text when prescription was ready, but no longer. According to doctor they used to deliver, but no longer. Service isn’t what it used to be. I have called four times to ask if it’s there. No pick up , no answer

24 hours after it was sent, why can't it be sitting waiting... what duration is appropriate to wait between arrival and ready?

Excellent service, very friendly staff. The main man is a legend and very hard working, still there at 8.15 pm still smiling and polite, I'd have a face like a slapped bottom, fair play.
