The annoying thing is that we have used this place a few times and its usually been ok but tonight has turned my stomach the best bit was the wong tongs and ive seen more meat up a butchers fingernail

Ordered food tonight usually its fine but tonight was the worst ever, ordered chicken and sweetcorn soup and it had egg shell in it, ordered a curry with no veg or onion init, it was full of it and so much oil in it, it was uneatable. Phoned to complain but was just told sorry and not offered any sort of refund. Won't be ordering again ????
Normally we would love this restaurant's food. We've given it a 6 star review on Justeat in the past but today we didn't get our order of Chips delivered with the meal, then when they did turn up, there was a massive black hair in amongst them. When we rang up, the 'boss' was hesitant to even give a refund, and when we fought they wanted the chips back, and refunded us 20p. This is an absolute insult.
Food was vile.. Chow mein was sweet and was ridden with grease and tasted of old reused oil.. Chicken and pork used tasted like it was cooked days ago and reheated. Ie will not be returning!
Very disappointed. Only had special fried rice and curry sauce but it was inedible.
Over salted isn’t the word.

Absolutely shocking food came nearly 30 mins late. Rang to find out where it was got told that he can't ring the driver. The food finally arrived and it was cold. I rang again to tell them and got told it can't be cold as it's kept in a bag, followed by him telling me to drive the food back to the shop and then puting the phone down on me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
Not good. Usually the food is nice but tonight the chips are anaemic, the curry is as thin as water and it’s just not very nice. Disappointing, especially when it’s usually very good.
Ordered food at 6.30pm, rang up to chase it 1+1/2 hrs later after multiple phone calls they said it would arrive in 30 mins. 1hr later still no food, must have tried to ring back 20 times constantly got voicemail. Eventually got through and cancelled order after nearly 3hrs. Probably would have got it for my breakfast. ????
