The Friday staff was VERY rude! They got my order wrong then when I rang back to ask where the missing food from my order was they said I was lying and i got what i asked for and in a snotty and unprofessional way i got made out to be a liar when i have 4 other people witness the order i gave. I WON'T be going here again after that experience it was the worst I've ever had with sandwich shop employees absolute disgusting service. They Also got slaged me off to other customers! For anyone who's new to the area I WOULDN'T suggest going here you will be slaged off and won't get what YOU order then will be made out to be a liar.

afternoon tea boxes at £12 PER PERSON are not worth what you pay…NOT recommended..4 slices of bread cut into triangles..odd tasting wet quiche..tiny scones that you can eat in one bite..very disappointing compared to the previous owner who did afternoon tea for two for £15 and it was plentiful and lasted 2 days..the picture attached are by the previous owner and you can see there were plenty..not to say about the present owners

The food is amazing me and my staff order every lunch time it's never wrong the staff are so friendly

Owner 2 faced and a liar!! Friday staff missed some of our order off, made out we was lying then gave people's numbers out and gets people ringing threatening !! Been in before this and they have been slagging customers off after they have left!!

Great sandwich shop, been using them for a number of years now. There food is really good quality, only constructive feedback would be I wish they had a better choice of sweet snacks such as pastries etc. The staff are really friendly. Definitely worth trying if you haven't already.

Really lovely woman who runs the place - so tidy and organised in there too! The chips are absolutely delicious. We had a sarnie and panini too and both were lovely! We shall be going back!

Amazing food and fantastic service! Much better now its under new management, cant fault it.
