Such good food and a local vibe here. Service was a little bit slow but it was a full house and only a few staff.
Croque monsieur and Madame’s were excellent, the side salad bits were so tasty and eggs Benedict good!
It was a delightful experience! The aroma of freshly brewed coffee welcomed me as I entered, and the baristas were super friendly. I ordered my favorite latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The cozy atmosphere and great service made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Can't wait to visit again soon!
Management really need to assess the quality of the food, pricing and standard or service.
We ordered 2 coffees, 2 juices and 2 meals and it came up to over £40!
£12 for a eggs Benedict is crazy for a cafe in Kensal rise and £4.50 for a fresh juice!
The bacon was bad quality, the iced coffees were mostly water, the bread was toasted in a grill press and came out flat and hard.
My side was forgotten after I reminded them twice and the food came out cold.
It was New years day so they were busy which is understandable. But when we asked for the money back for the food that wasn't brought and a good will discount on the sub par coffees the main guy didn't want to listen kept waking away and barely gave eye contact.
The girl was very sweet and tried her best.
We got the money back for the forgotten side and half a coffee.
They said they couldn't offer a discount as management would take it out if their pay which is not okay for them. Mistakes happen and the staff shouldn't have to pay, if management don't staff up enough for busy days and care about their customers they would give an allowance for this kind of thing. Most of the team tried their best but I think their hands were tied by poor and strict management. One member of staff was not very apologetic or understanding and him ignoring us made the issue worse as we felt unheard, ignored and like we had to fight for the small £5 that we did get back.

Loveliest café space I've been too lately. It has very quickly become my favourite in the area and I go there every weekend. Their coffee is perfect and the canoli are an excellent post coffee snack to get! Definitely recommend this place.
