I like their food very much, especially the yogurt is more special. This is the first time I have liked any fei after coming to London. Apart from this, the taste of all the ingredients was excellent. Ambiance and decoration are nice and neat and clean. Behavior and service are quite good. I can recommend the restaurant without hesitation.
OMG absolutely addicted to the chicken kebab roll! So moist, juicy and flavoursome! The roti is made freshly on order hence why it's so soft and supple.( Only wish they had a wholemeal option available). The owner/staff are very friendly and always going the extra mile to make every visit welcoming and enjoyable. Been twice a week minimum for the past 3 weeks, new addiction. In addition their tandoori legs are to also die for! The best juicy and moist flavoured red thigh/leg. Especially when it comes fresh out of the oven at 12:30pm most days. Reminds me of the old school tandoori that used to be served at Asian weddings. They don't make them like that anymore, so it's very nostalgic.
I'm a regular visitor of Tara taree restaurant.... It's more popular to me for Political Meeting.... Environment is nice. We do party in the upstair
I came here with my friend, we had a mix platter which was absolutely delicious and breathtaking. The rice, chickpeas and even the noodles were amazingly delicious. Good decent reasonable pricing.
The drinks aswell were lovely. Good customer services and clean restaurant. Definitely recommend here.
Different and great chai. My mom in Pakistan used to make similar kettle tea. Loved it. Firni was amazing as well.
This hidden gem in Whitechapel hit the spot. Was looking for a quick bite to eat after an appointment at royal London. Come across Tara Taree. As soon as we walked in we was greeted by the owner, a very respectable man. Recommended we go for the platter, which consisted of
Peri chicken
Chicken biryani
Chicken noodles
Chick peas
Salad
I’ll be totally for that price you can’t go wrong, £7 for that platter, it was just perfect. Only thing I didn’t really fancy was the noodles, but someone else might. Loved the biriyani tasted like something I had in Bangladesh.
Both me and my wife got a platter each washed down with a can of coke each. Total was £16 can’t get that anywhere these days.
They also have other stuff on the menu but we didn’t bother.
Customer service was absolutely on point, the owner was a good chap, so was every one else working there.
Definitely recommend this spot. If you are in the area.
Had a friends get together party of 60 people. Food was absolutely lovely. Chicken and meat Curry was really favoured and tasty.. Service was okey.... Tea was okey not karak chai.. Overall good..
This certainly was Tara Taree. Quick street food, excellent service. Above all, the price and quality of food is unbelievable. This will become a regular place I visit.
Decent kebabs, Somosas were lovely, not pictured. Although could have done with some chutni sauces. Were very good nonetheless.

This took me by surprise when they said £7. Really enjoyed this plate, everything about it was great. Food tasted fresh and flavours were fantastic. Required additional salt, but my salt intake is fairly high compared to others.
Masala chai went down quickly by my mate (he usually leaves half full cups everywhere) so must have been really good too.
They are expanding and more seats should become available in January. This is a place to watch out for. Possible party options in future.
