This was the first time i come to WBAC...i was "Guaranteed" a price for my car which was £8.085,,the price,,i was told it would be invalid in 4 days time,,when me and my man went to sell my car i was very disappointed to turn up and them to tell me that my price had dropped over a thousand pounds or more,,i had another car waiting for me to be looked at,,at another garage so i could buy that car what i wanted,(but i cant now) ,i feel let down by them when my price off them was "GUARANTEED"

Very polite and courteous but with a guideline price of 870 and an offer around 300 I was not interested.

Don’t normally leave reviews but… Went to the Tamworth branch today and met with Dale, extremely friendly and went through everything with me step by step, made me feel very comfortable… doubt there’s a better man working for WBAC! Deal was done and I was happy with the outcome.
The service itself was great Andrew. It's always good. I have sold multiple cars to him now, however, I feel like some of the price was knocked down arbitrarily
