Lancing needed a place like this! Great coffee, staff are friendly, great selection of pastries and cakes. Oh, and it's dog friendly with a water bowl outside, and some dog treats inside. Highly recommend it ????

Great spot for coffee, pastries were of a high quality (I'd recommend the red velvet croissant) and nice decor. A good addition to Lancing. Note there are no highchairs for infants.
Great coffee, almond and choc thingy and ambience. A gem of a little place, just up from the beach????
