Dropped in for fish and chips, fish was cooked as we waited, food was piping hot and fresh, battered chips were lovely, curry sauce although slightly runny was good tasting so wasn't an issue, think I have found my new local chippy, we will return, also price was only £5 for mini fish and chips so a bargain for good tasting food
This is our new regular. Been here 4 times now and every time the food has been great. The people behind the counter are so lovely and very child friendly even giving my children a free lollipop! Will be back

Ordered Chicken Kebab with Salad and just tiny bit of Chilli sauce, they completely messed up the order. We ended up with Lamb Kebab with TONS of Chilli sauce. They need to be able to speak and understand English. Won't use again.
Not really impressed won't be going there again.....never get your order right,....
Just tried Taks Fish and Chips Shop in Coombes Rd Halesowen it was delivered on time nice and friendly driver . Hot Big Portions nice Battered Chips and a Southern Fried Chicken in a bun with Salad and Mayo and a nice hash Brown with Curry Sauce and Donor Kebab in a tray with sweet chilli sauce on really enjoyed it will use again xx
Great food, friendly service and very affordable.
Working in the local area we stumbled upon this chip shop on the first day and decided Friday lunch would be at taks.. we had three of the all-day specials however looking at the prices on the rest of the menu I don't think we could have over spent if we tried fantastic value for money incredible quality efficient chips and even orange chips as standard six days a week.
The food didn't last long enough to take pictures of but the chat Behind the Counter was very proud of his menu and the offerings he had I would actually consider driving to this chip shop even if I wasn't in the area just so I could have it all again as a chippy goes very very impressed
I had a scallop whilst I was waiting for the extra mini fish to be cooked fresh it was bloody brilliant crispy batter while cooked potato the perfect amount of salt and vinegar I could have probably just had a few of those for lunch if I'm honest
