Popped in on a quiet Monday evening. Good service, delicious food and nice atmosphere. Kebab starters were stylishly presented and vegetable curry had a good selection of different vegetables. Staff very friendly, had a good meal.
We visited on a Saturday evening without a booking but were welcomed and accomodates. This was particularly helpful as we had an almost 2 year old with us!
The food took almost an hour to arrive but it was very well made and delicious! Everything we ordered (vegetarian dishes) was tasty! Would definitely recommend the place. But would strongly recommend to book in advance, on a weekend particularly!
Second takeaway we’ve had from the Taj Mahal, and it was fantastic again. Certainly the best Indian restaurant in Haverfordwest, and as good as any other I’ve been to in the U.K.
Chicken had a lovely texture, and the sauces were a nice consistency and full of flavour.
Staff are always pleasant and the orders have been correct both times.
Although I’ve not eaten in the restaurant, from what I see it has a nice atmosphere and is well laid out so that the tables aren’t on top of each other. We are hoping to eat in soon when we can get some childcare!

We booked the Taj Mahal fairly last minute for 14 of us whilst on holiday. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was great. Our party had the full range of ages and there was something for everyone.
I can’t say that the restaurant was glamorous, but the warmth of the welcome more than made up for it!
Absolutely fantastic Indian - great tasting food and above all the best service you could wish for. The lamb tikka makhini was amongst the best I've had!! When I'm back in Pembrokeshire this place will be first on the list!!
Never had Indian food this like, tasteless, flavourless and wasn't worth it at all. I had order biryani, allo chat and chicken butter. Very disappointed. I had very seen food like this. I didn't knew food like this would exist. Would not recommend this at all.
