The service that I received was amazing, was really looked aftered by the staff that was serving me. Was definitely not disappointed with what I was recommended with as it was my first time trying from Tailor Bakes. I defo would recommend the Nutella Lamington it was soo delicious as well the brownie and the cookie.

I've only been here a handful of times, but every time I've been the cakes are amazing. I absolutely love the pistachio cake, it's super moist and creamy. My mum bought me a small 6" cake as a gift and it was amazing! I definitely need to go back more often!

A taste sensation! Not only did these brownies taste delicious but they came beautifully packaged too. Highly recommend these for a gift or an indulgent treat for yourself!

They claim to dispatch and deliver within 24 hours. My order was dispatched 19th for delivery 20th. Royal mail are still expecting it, so haven't received it yet, and despite contacting them through "live chat" with a response within 10 mins, i have had no reply, so no response, no order for my sons birthday. Very let down.

Edit 21st Feb, cookie has now been delivered but I have still received no response to email,live chat or their management email.

This Cake company makes delicious brownies- but my £30 order never arrived. Despite chat, many emails , and even searching company house for a telephone number I have had not one reply from the company. Such a shame they don’t value their customers enough to give good customer service.

It's take out only but these local lads and lasses are great. Sensational desserts and I was sent by my wife all the way from Birmingham when they had a special late night opening.

I rarely leave reviews but this one definitely deserves one so people know how amaaaaazing the bakes are from tailor bakes! The cakes especially are elite and of a very very high quality- you can just tell that very high quality ingredients are used. Very soft, light and buttery. The lamingtons are amazing as is a particular chocolate fudge cake. Everything from tailor bakes leaves your tastebuds dancing and I’m so glad they’ve opened a unit open to the public locally.

I ordered a box of brownies for a certain day delivery to arrive with a card I had ordered as a thank you.

It has now been a week, no response from the 6 emails I haven’t sent.

No response on the live chat function

And all of a sudden I’ve seen the tracking saying return to sender?

But no one from the company getting in contact.

I will be taking this further as it’s horrendous customer service.
