Had a burrito large meal with seasoned fries but they were very heavy with seasoning but nearly cold.
Burrito was very nice but just tasted like a KFC chicken wrap, not hot or spicy.
Quesadillas was nice, mince was not warm enough.
Service was good but would say the food needs to come out hot. Tasty food, good looking restaurant but just needs some thought on delivering hot food
Did a click and collect this evening, even though allotted pick up time, was still waiting quarter of an hour for food - it was cold!
Staff seemed to be hiding away trying to avoid serving, even when there was one to be seen; was very rude and not very inviting for a restaurant. Was only 2 others table in use in there, yet nearly every other table was dirty and food all over the floor.
Definitely won’t be returning, portions were very poor value for money, next to filling in the burritos or taco. Will be contacting head office also, due to this underwhelming experience for what should be decent being a new restaurant!!
We visited in the middle of January, soon after it had opened. First impressions were lack of cleanliness, and minimal / abrupt staff. There was one lady at front of house taking orders but there was no sense of urgency and the ordering process was very slow, as well as not feeling welcomed by her abrupt attitude. It was hard to find a clean table, and impossible to find one without rubbish or food strewed around underneath the chairs and tables. It was then a long wait for our "fast food". Also we noticed several delivery orders being filled ahead of the customers waiting in the restaurant. The food was of a good standard but wasn't as hot as freshly served food normally is. Unsure if we'll go back, though it was a busy time on a Friday evening, hence gave a 3 star. If they tackle and stay on top of the speed issues and cleanliness matters then we would return.
Missed some bits of our order so check it before you leave, good parking and nice facilities though. I love the booths and ordering is easy, use the app for points you can spend on extra food next time. Great experince overall
My children usually go to Costa coffee after school until I can collect them when I finish work. When Taco Bell opened it was a nice change for them until my children reported bad mannered staff to me. I decided to go see for myself. I was shocked to the core with how scruffy and untidy the staff were. I had a straw thrown across the counter at me and a member of staff waiting to put my order together made me feel uncomfortable by continously staring at me.
Conclusion, they just don't want the effort involved serving customers. I have been in retail all my life and you just could not write this, it's the worst experience I have ever had with customer services. None of them want to be there and they let you know that.
Having read reviews, was a little nervous of using this place. We met at 4.15, and restaurant was quiet. All very clean and tidy. Wash rooms were clean. Staff very welcoming and pleasant.

The foodies expensive for what you get: the crunch wrap had hardly any filling, the churros were stale and not fresh and the fries were tepid and over seasoned. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. Wouldn’t eat here again, kfc offers much better value next door.
Long wait, Cold food, staff seemed to be trying to stay out of sight in the kitchen.
No noticable amounts of chicken in the wrap, just lots of cold sauce (I had paid extra for extra chicken)
Very small portion of fries, drinks seemed a bit watery as well
Very poor value, will not be returning.
