I recently visited this place as i was walking pass and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and nice ambiance. The place was fairly new so everything looked clean and fresh.
The menu caught my attention right away, it was filled with delicious food options that sounded too good to pass up. What really stood out to me was the burger size options. I could choose from 2oz, 4oz or 6oz burgers, as well as single or double chicken burgers. This meant that I could customize my smash burger to my liking.
I finally decided on a fat 6oz beef burger with cheese, served with a side of fries and drink. The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. I also tried the soft waffle with ice cream that I had for dessert, It was fresh and delicious and the perfect way to end to a great meal.
My food experience was fantastic. The food was top notch, the ambiance was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Mitcham and I highly recommend giving it a try!
OMG! the food here is amazing. We had the burgers, fries, jalapeño cheese bites and milkshakes. All were prepared and cooked from fresh ingredients which is immediately noticed when tucking into the burger where the salad was crunchy. The service is exceptional and probably one of the nicest I’ve ever experienced. They gave us two free ice cream cones whilst we waited for the food which is a very nice touch. Highly recommended for foodies and we will definitely be going back there.
Had a T Shack slam burger for the first time today with a mojito and I have to say, I am OBSESSED! The flavours, the service, the prices, are all unbelievable and the food arrived sizzling hot. The workers were also very friendly and helpful, such a lovely experience, I will definitely be coming back again! Thank you so much❤️
My partner and I decided to go for their burgers not long after the shop was opened and, honestly, we were really satisfied by the flavours and quality of the burgers.
Good portions available (different burger patties sizes) nice chips and sides, overall a good menu.
After a few weeks we had tried every burger.

Although there was a slight language barrier between me and the person serving today. The decor and the food go hand in hand. Great food. Clean environment, but is definitely missing the element of background music.
I ordered a cheesy bacon (turkey bacon) burger with a cup of chai.
The burger was as expected and did not disappoint. I would recommend to a friend.
I would also recommend some standard table decoration so the place doesn’t look like a ghost town.
The staff was amazing! Family friendly! The food was excellent! The ower gave both my daughters free chips. What a diamond!
I've been here atleast 15 times & the food has been great. But tonight the chips were re-used/cook twice!
Had delivery of Milkshake and Waffle said it was buy one get one free No sign of the free one. The waffle was cold not the best definitely didn’t look like picture. The chocolate milkshake tasted very weird like it was off or something got someone else to try it and they agreed was Rank. Definitely wouldn’t waste my money here again
Good quality shakes and waffles. The Cake was so yummy. Recommended for desert lovers in London
