Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs!!! This place is run by a couple who drink extensive amount of alcohol while at work! They have no clue how to fix the cars and all they can do is worsen their condition!! I unfortunately bought a car from them which turned out to be in horrible state and every time I went there to get it fixed I found them both drinking alcohol, watching YouTube and smoking cigarettes. I ended up fixing my car somewhere else and paying over £3k for it. Don't make my mistake, don't ever go there.
COMPLETELY removed a large paint chip from my cars bodywork, matching the paint beautifully! Friendly staff which can advise on and suggest what work you need. They take good care of your car both outside and inside. My car was in for a few days and they even gave me a courtesy car. Price was very fair as well. Will definitely go back!
Do not buy from this garage. I bought a VW caddy the gearbox went after 8 weeks. I had 3 months warranty. They wouldn't fix it so I took advice from Citizens advice and was told they had to so they did take the van in for repair but wanted to charge me half. Again I contested in and they relented and apparantly replaced the gearbox which I took as their word. Turns out they just budged it with silicone. Absolute cowboys. I wish I had never dealt with them. Please dont be fooled by the small nice family run business they claim to be
Absolutely horrible. Run by very dodgy untrustworthy people. Sharon was especially vile when I was there to try and buy a car. I didn’t buy it in the end as it was an MOT failure but I was told it had an mot by Sharon. She also said it has been serviced recently but on the test drive there was an immediate smell of sewer water / stagnant water as soon as the windscreen washers were used! She tells a lot of lies like this. Another one was telling me 4 other people were coming to see the car that day even though I rang up the night before to confirm it hadn’t been sold but she said there’s a guy coming to see it tomorrow ( that guy was me) and I came first thing in the morning then she expected me to believe in the first half an hour they had been open 3 more people arranged to see it! She will try many hard sales tricks like this. The car had been up for sale at least a month as I had been keeping my eye on it on auto trader before I came to see it, I confronted her of this as it was a blatant lie both my girlfriend and I could clearly see...but she told me it hadn’t even been up a week yet and I must be thinking of another car! Very insulting and dishonest! Not only is it very horrible customer service, they just don’t seem to make you feel good making a purchase from them.
i have been using T& S AUTO for over 12 years and the owner Tony has always been helpful and reliable he has come out of his way on a few occasions to help me when i have been stuck, he drove miles to get me the car that i wanted, and always looks after them at a very reasonable rate he services and m o t always done on time and loans you a car when he can.
i have recommended him to a lot of my friends and they always go back to him i wouldn't go anywhere else

I can't believe the experience I have had with this company! My starter motor needed fitting.. I hired a mechanic from this firm 'Mark meakin' who told me that the car was a write off and it needed scrapping he then proceeded to tell me he did an MOT on a car the Day before he was selling at the garage he worked for TS AUTOS... he called tony and arrange for me to pick up the car they had just got at Tonys house... the steering was off I told the mechanic the new car steering was off he said check tyre pressure.. I then see my c2 that couldn't be fixed up for sale 500 advertised same problem confirmed by rac!!!! (What the same day u took it) So I tell him I feel as though I have been conned. I ring the garage tell Tony the steering keeps coming up with a fault on the new car.. sorry no warranty!! So taken my old car sold it and now no money or warranty back for new dodgy car he sold me... then the steering goes as I'm driving and spins around the round about and slams into the kurb!! Ring him .. says u didnt buy it off the forecourt u bought it off me privately... no I bought it from your house because u said u only just got it in!!! So now single mother work full time and I have been ripped off over 1500 pounds by these cowboys and nearly cost my life! Avoid at all cost... bad practice!! I have evidence of all this!!
I can't recommend this garage enough. They have done an amazing job with my Kia Ceed's body work after a brush with a bollard. Thank you so much.
Purchased a car nearly 2 year ago had 1 problem why it was still in warranty and they sorted it no problem at all,I'll definitely come again.
