Hands down the worst garage experience I've ever had.
They kept my van off the road for 3 months claiming they were working on it but the van didn't move an inch in that time. Locked up in the yard
Whenever I spoke to Colin "the boss" he claimed he was nearly ready with it ...... almost done......
In the end I went and picked the van up and absolutely no work had been carried out on it.
Now I'll have to take it somewhere else.
3 months wasted ...... almost put me out of business.
They don't answer the phone

They'll never call you back
I actually phoned the boss when I was in sight of him and watched him ignore my phone call.

How can you respect a company that lies to your face?
Just want to say thank you to Colin and team for going above and beyond to repair my ABS, I had a recurring problem for months where the ABS light would flag up on the dashboard upon reaching a certain speed, and after repeated fruitless garage visits elsewhere, I was eventually referred to here by my usual garage. Colin and team went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way and explained how the ABS system works and all the inner issues as to why mine wasn't working, how it should normally work and what he was going to do to rectify it. I would rate higher than five stars if I could as it seems to me that mechanics who know how things should be and exactly why things don't work and how they should work are few and far between and he was also determined to get to the root of the problem and rectified other issues along the way that were contributing factors. He worked really hard, tested and retested the car to tackle the root of the problem. Service was honestly outstanding and I would recommend TJ Wallace to any motorist needing their ABS sensors looked at, thank you very much!
Brilliant Colin and Alan couldn't have been more helpful and sorted our 814 Mercedes van alternator with a charging problem that no one else had found thank you for your expertise we will definitely see you again at some point i have no doubt ????
The guys here are happy to sort our mechanical problems or carry out inspections/mot preparations and servicing. Thankfully I have not yet had to call on their recovery services yet, but they have all the kit for heavy recovery. Colin is always pleasant to deal with and his team get the job done.
After a miss understanding was picking my car up from the impound and was served by a young boy. Totally arrogant and unprofessional, his attitude wasn't professional atall, customer service was clearly out the window today, the way he spoke and clearly just didn't care about anything hopefully will never have to see him again because his attitude towards customers is just disrespectful. Even the way he spoke to my dad was shocking he was genuinely about 17 years old absolute rocket of a laddie.
Really good skilled mechanics able to fix a van that had been turned away by other mechanics.
First class advise and when I get part for van Colin will fit
