I can see why this place has good reviews. Not only did they bail us out of a potentially difficult situation when our car developed a sensor fault while we were on holiday in Wales, but they sent a company car to pick us up and brought us back to the garage when our car was ready. They seemed very honest and genuinely willing to help and the price for fixing the defect was very reasonable. Recommended.
Extremely helpful staff. I took my son's car here as there was a smell of diesel and smoke coming from exhaust. Although they were busy (I didn't have an appointment) they fixed it. Highly recommend this garage for professional polite and friendly service.

We had a problem with our brakes whilst on holiday, we turned up late afternoon on the hottest day of the year, we were really stuck but were doubtful whether any garage would be able to fit us in. However they immediately looked at the car and found the problem. Just incredibly helpful and saved the day for us, recommend 100%.

the customer service at Ty Crwn garage has to be the best ive had for years .Derek and Lea went above and beyond to make sure i wasnt stuck without transport while my bmw X5 had to stay in the garage over night and the final cost for the work carried out was very reasonable and fair . i can not recomend this garage enough for all your motoring repairs and services . IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS FOR THIS GARAGE I WOULD .
