Ordered a beef sheek kebab, chicken madras, king prawn biryani and mushroom pilau rice. Chicken madras was a bit too hot for being a madras….it was more like a vindaloo. Rest of the food was fine - typical Bangladeshi-Indian-British curry house fare.
First time using this takeaway and we will one hundred percent be making it our regular choice for an Indian takeaway.
In a small town that probably has over 30 Indian takeaways to choose from this place is an absolute gem of a find.
The food arrived quickly and everything we ordered was there, the price was extremely reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious.
Lots of meat in the dishes we ordered and it wasn't that processed meat that you often get either.
The curry dishes tasted very freshly cooked and really tasty we couldn't fault it one bit and I've definitely had my share of curry over the years haha.

Love the pathia, dansak (normally dont) and even masala is nice which is not one of my go-to curries. Excellent, excellent value. Onion pilau for example is flavoursome, not just white rice with a bit onion thrown in. Tandoori king prawn is amazing. Better quality chicken used, better quality than others. Regular visitor.
Recommended by a friend (thanks Richard) so my first visit tonight, food was excellent, really tasty, will definitely be back.
ordered the Special on Sunday, we had beef pathia and a Sri Lanka Chicken curry. Also Indian chips, you have to try these they will not disappoint you. They were like they used to be years ago, fat and crinkly, lush. The curry was beautiful so was the beef and the chicken. We waited an hour, we were told that, and it was worth the wait, thank you, and to the delivery girl. (also cheap as chips)
These guys do fantastic food in my experience. The curry is always great, if a bit on the spicy side at times, but their Indian Chips (spiced, thick-cut chips) are out of this world. This is my go-to place for Indian food, and I would recommend this highly to anyone after a tasty meal that's full of flavour!
The BEST and ONLY curry shop I use, one of the last authentic curry shops that uses FRESH CHICKEN off the bone not frozen chunks!! They cook from scratch using traditional methods that you dont find now in other takeaways/ restaurants. The Indian chips are amazing and Chicken Jal frezi is the best I have ever had. lovely polite staff and delivery drivers. Been using this place for years. Its a hidden gem ; )
Normally I love a curry from here and I was looking forward to a chicken rogan josh but tonight was a huge disappointment. It tasted of pure salt. It was so overpowered by salt that I actually couldn't taste the curry :(
