Bought my car beginning of December for a diagnosis test to be sent off to warranty company which they charged over £70
Onces it was paid the excuses started

Avoid at all cost
Can't comment on quality of their work as they never did anything. After three days l picked my car up in frustration. Total waste of time and left me without transport for no benefit. They also left my keys unattended on reception window sill. So l was able to walk in get my keys and drive off. Lucky it wasn't by someone else! Avoid!
Dint in Van after leaving it with them
Gave me the keys to someone else’s car when I came to pick up mine!!!
Turned up- ringing the bell nobody in. Stood there a good while.
The problem was that the breaks were sticking- they cleaned them and then said they think it’s a problem with the clutch. Quoted me 700 gbp.
So I another quote somewhere else for 300. Picked up the vehicle and it was absolutely FINE with no problems anymore... cleaning the breaks had fixed it alone.
Appears there is no need for a new clutch.
Had to hire a vehicle while I was waiting to use the van again as I thought it was in-drivable -£150 GBP because they didn’t communicate accurately the problem with the vehicle.
Thankfully not -700 because I didn’t take them up on the work.
Bad organisation and communication.
Local garage. Used a couple of times now via Asda tyres for my Van and car. Two front tyres replaced in under and hour. Great service.
I was quoted £186.00 for repairs including Parts/Labour and VAT. On arrival to collect my car it went up to 214.43. I am disgusted at their price height since my quote was considerably lower. After stating that the work and repairs on on my car are satisfactory.
Asked them to fit bushings on a car that I'd need to have ready for the weekend as I was attending an event , I was also treating this as my birthday day out, work not done and when the main guy got funny and said well why don't you just take your bits back because they won't be ready. Absolute disgrace told me it was the mornings job then the afternoons then when I turn up he says the lads haven't had chance to look at it yet, which is funny as his lad said he'd been told to do it in amoungst, I outlined what I needed doing and for when when I booked it in if you'd have said you won't have time I'd of gone elsewhere! I'm fuming
They are good and efficient.
