The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT USE HER ERVI PARCEL SERVICE
The women refused to hand over my parcel because I used a shortened version of my name on the shipping details. Even tho I had a confirmation email to support this and identification. Not to mention I've collected parcels from her in the past using the name details and they have always been accepted. She is incredibly rude, standoffish and unpleasant. No wonder there are countless reviews of people experiencing the same thingm
Honestly, just go elsewhere and save yourself a whole not of hassle. She needs a reality check
VERY rude lady. I don't know how she is given the responsibility of the shop. RUDE behavior to the max. If you have 1% option to buy any products or deliver any parcel, please go ahead with different shop. She is very rude person and will spoil your day with her disgusting behavior.
Whoever planning to give the delivery, please DO NOT go here.
Two reasons
1. If the return items are interesting to the shopkeeper, they take from the parcel and ship only the rest of the things. As they don't pack, they remove the cellotape and take things interesting to them. Now it will be your pain to chase Evri and with the vendor you are intending to return the parcel.
2. If you have got multiple parcel, they give one tracking number and they don't scan your second parcel, meaning you have not give to them. And they take all the items.

The rudest woman I've ever met. Came here to drop off a very heavy parcel to be returned, only to be told the machine was broken and I couldn't return it. I then asked if she knew any where else I could take it, she said rudel "No, you'll have to find out yourself" I put the parcel down for 10seconds to rest my arms and she says "can you check it out outside please, you're taking up too much room in the store" and waves at me to leave with her hand. Unbelievable
Very poor service here especially for collecting/dropping parcels. Why have a service if you don't like dealing with it. I had to wait ages for the woman to find the parcel as she had no idea what she was doing. Served others and was even rude to them for apparently no reason. Packages were just shoved into any nook and cranny without Amy care at all. It was almost like a comedy sketch. I won't be returning for Amy reason and would much rather go out of my way to drop parcels off. It is to much of an effort to get it done here. It should just be a simple process but is made to feel like it is a hassle.
The shopkeeper is such a horrible person. She refused to take my parcel even though it was in the dimensions that EVRI accept. She's always grumpy and just really rude, please avoid going to this shop at all costs...
I came to return my parcel. Fist time she said the machine is broken. Second time she said it's to big, but it's not ove 120cm and 9kg. The lady she doesn't let me get in to the shop .
Seems to be a running theme of issues with the Evri/Amazon parcel service with this shop.
Last week she told us the machine was broken. This week she told me she doesn't take large parcels. Parcel size doesn't seem to be a caveat on the Evri webpage. Judging by the other reviews this seems to be a habit of this store.
Such a shame as it's really local to us.
I've been to other Evri/Amazon parcel service shops like this and have had no issues.
Very unhappy experience in the shop. The lady didn't provide proper customer service at all for when I dropping parcel there, I tried to explain and show Amazon return policy from Amazon email, but she refused to look at it and started to blame me without a reason and being very rude. She simply doesn't know that I am the customer, she should be there for providing proper customer service or polite suggestions. Not an angry face with shout.
