Tastes good. I was just expecting cookie dough, not under baked flat cookies stuck to a box. Maybe cookie dough isn't the right description on your menu. not quite what I imagined. lacked toppings too. I was disappointed for the price .The frozen yogurt was nice though.
Ordered Chocolate Fudge Cake Cookie Dough and Chocolate Indulgence Sundae. Both were very good. Will definitely order again. But a little expensive though
If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered at 8.30pm, due to arrive at 9.05pm, we received a call at this time to let us know they were just leaving with our order and wanted to double check out address. 30minutes passed with still no order so we called them and the man said there had been a delay and the order would be 7 minutes. Another 20 passed and we tried contacting them multiple times to check on the order. Finally got through on my husband's phone, and they said that the order would be 5 minutes. Still nothing 10minutes later so I called to cancel, but after putting the phone down a man called me on a random number and told me our order would be 5 minutes, I told him not to bother. Order arrived at 10.15 and we turned them away because it was then way to late to eat it. Horrendous service.
Crepe was great with good levels of customisations. Milkshake was thick, one of the best I’ve had. Delivery was ahead of schedule. Even put in a free pot of ice cream! Will be ordering again.
Ordered through Just Eat and food took over an hour to be delivered. I received a text telling me the order was delayed with a new delivery time but it didn’t arrive within the new delivery window either. When I called to ask where the food was the girl on the phone said it would be 5 minutes without even asking any of my order details, so how she would know this, I don’t know. Asked for a partial refund given the extortionate £5 delivery fee but this was refused. Restaurant claims that the delay was due to the distance I live from the shop- I only live 15 minutes away from the shop. Food was not warm and is overpriced for what it is. One to avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off and treated like a mug by the rude and incompetent staff.
Edit : Just to add, I did not scream down the phone and the delay was over an hour not 10 minutes. This company likes to pretend it is the customers fault by bad mouthing them rather than accepting responsibility for bad service. Don’t worry, there certainly won’t be a ‘next time’ I order from these rip off merchants.
Placed an order at 20:30 that was due to arrive between 21:05-21:25. Order didn't arrive. Called twice to be told it's 5 minutes away and then the shop started ignoring our calls.
Called again and the order arrived at 22:15. Told them not to bother as we didn't want it anymore.
Crepe were hard and dry, banana was brown, very sparse filling. Old school cake looked like a slice of shop bought sponge. Did not taste nice. Ice cream was ok. Everything else went straight in the bin. £35 down the drain.
This company does not care about customer service in the slightest. Everything is the customers fault. The food is ok but the delivery took so long I had pretty much given up and gone to bed. By the time it arrived, I wasn’t in the mood for desert any longer. It’s the customer service that did it for me though and I will never be ordering from this company again! Avoid and pay the little bit extra to go with Creams! Much better food and much better service
