This is a small local business perfect for my needs as I wanted to order some wedding cupcakes for an evening reception. The owner took detailed notes on the exact colour and design for our special day. The price was reasonable considering the amount of effort in the design of the cupcakes. Pick up times were agreed, and the cakes were carefully boxed up ready. The cakes were delicious and a great hit with our reception party guests. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
I ordered 20 cupcakes for my mums 70th and Sweet Generations did not disappoint.
They looked incredible and tasted amazing.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed them, they went down a treat.
From the very first message, all the way through to collection, the service I received was outstanding.
Being a coeliac it has always been a struggle to find good quality cakes. I will definitely be going to Sweet Generation from now on.

Popped into Sweet Generations for the first time today for a yummy GF treat after visiting Saltram this morning!
I got a Kinder Bar cheesecake egg and my son got a Kinder bar flapjack!
Cheesecake was AMAZING!
My son rated the flapjack 11/10!
We both have Coeliac Disease so struggle finding GF treats to buy from local businesses so it makes a nice change to be able to go into a business knowing most of the products are GF and are on the blue trays and anything not GF is on another colour tray and kept separate from the GF products so there is no confusion and most importantly no cross contamination!
100% recommend and will be returning!
Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. It wasn't cheap, but it was a beautiful piece of art and it was delicious. She made it gluten free so I could eat it too. My little girl's interests change like the wind, so didn't finalise the design until 1 month before! She adapted one of her previous designs (so many beautiful cakes on her fb page!) I must have been such a difficult customer, but service was great throughout.
Sarah made a retirement cake for my husband’s work colleague. The lady leaving was speechless and everyone who had a slice commented on how tasty it was. The cake looked stunning and the buttercream decoration was a work of art. Sarah is a master in her craft and if you’re looking for a celebration cake you won’t be disappointed.
I have visited Sweet Generations several times since my daughter started gymnastics locally. Always greeted with a smile from everyone and the conversation flows! The tasty treats are delicious and it’s a lovely environment to sit quietly with a drink whilst waiting. Takeaway is equally just as great! Highly recommend ☺️
Brilliant place. Super friendly staff. Excellent food - baked gluten free and vegan ring doughnuts for my little one desperate to try doughnuts and then messaged me to say they were in. Couldn't have asked for more. Our new regular bakery/ cafe we hope! Thanks ????
Edit to add: Incredible cake baked for my 40th - this beauty was gluten, soya, egg, dairy, and vegan.. crazy how amazing it was! Look at the stunning piping on it too!! Thank you so much xx
Fabulous death by chocolate cakes for a special birthday. Really friendly and lovely service. Listened and created just want we wanted, and the cakes were delicious as well as beautiful. Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to go back for future celebration cakes.
