I was asked to give a review then I was able to get my elderly disabled mother in laws pain medication so he asked for a review. Moved from this pharmacy because it was shockingly useless and I guess it still is. You want a review there you go
Absolutely shocking, impossible to order repeat prescription for my son, never answer the phones even though their times to order is between 2.30 and 4.30, always loose the medication or isn't ready for collection
Obviously I can only speak of my experiences but Muhammad (the boss) has certainly turned this place around and it's now worthy of 5 stars. I'd actually give 10 stars if it were possible.
Worst pharmacy out there, attitude of staff is really bad,always tablets missing from prescription, prescription is never done on time.my opinion should be shut down and investigated
I have been calling since 9:30 for a simple prescription return so I can get it from my local pharmacy but for 5 hours no one has answered a single phone call
Thought this pharmacy couldn’t get any worse but since it’s been taken over it’s terrible. They mess up my tablets by submitting requests too early. Doctors then cannot issue controlled medicine and the pharmacy refuse to take responsibility. Meanwhile I’m left with no medication, which I cannot do without nor stop just like that. Pharmacist just shrugs his shoulders. Sending my partner down next as they obviously think I’m just a stupid woman. Absolute joke of a place. Plus it’s a filthy, grotty place too
Used to be a pretty good pharmacy, the last 2-3 weeks it’s impossible to get through on the phone just rings out so you have to go there just to check if a prescription is ready, we don’t all have time to just keep popping in on the off chance it’s there. I got through to the doctors just to check it was open to which they informed me it was open and there were 2-3 people working in the pharmacy yet nobody picked up the phone any time me or my partner called for 3 days, time to change pharmacy.
Some of the staff who work in the pharmacy are brilliant and will do their best to help you. My only gripe is no matter what time of day it is you can't phone because it just rings out all the time. If they could sort this problem out I would definitely up my star rating.
