Think this guy needs to get a little more updated!! Rang this morning to ask if he sold a wireless coms setup so I can hear the satnav inside my helmet whilst riding to be told it's extremely dangerous and never something he would do. Nice one mate but i didn't ask your opinion i asked if you sold a perfectly safe and legal device that thousands of long distance riders use. And for that reason I won't be using the shop!
Stephen came highly recommended from the local biker community, so I took him my 97 kawasaki vn1500 with a carburetor problem,he worked his magic and got me on the road after others couldn't.
Friendly highly knowledgeable and very importantly very fair pricing,above and beyond most shops.
I personally recommend him happily.

One of the best motor bike repairers in the area. Took in my CBR for a service, which was done quickly and for a very good price compared to main dealers. Steve the owner pointed out a few extra items that would need attention in the near future. Popped back the following week to have a set of tyres fitted and Steve’s knowledge of quality but affordable replacements saw a fresh pair of Pirelli Diablos waiting to be quickly fitted and balanced. Would highly recommend visiting if your a serious motorcyclist and want good honest service with a chap who knows his stuff.

Had my Triumph 1200 XCa in for basic oil & filter change. I asked him to check brakes & coolant - Steve does a top job nothing too much trouble & has a wealth of knowledge & experience which he happily discusses over a cuppa.
Highly recommend him for any bike wanting the best of care.
As my bike was stripped right back to do the air filter he even did a full ACF 50 winter treatment on my bike - cheers man
Shambles.
I've had a bike damaged here.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt that time because I'd been told good things about him.
Plus. Hydraulic clutch failure - full of air. He collected bike, (clattering ratchet on the bodywork while securing it in van). Initial thought was faulty master cylinder. When I went to collect bike he said the master was fine. When I asked what the problem had been he replied "dunno, see how you go on"?!?!? That was well over a month ago and the saga rumbles on still. At each attempt to fix it I am expected to source the parts?!?!?
Other bike in for service. Told him no rush. Ready when it's ready. When I went to collect it he said "oh, you need new pads on the back." - WHY DID HE NOT DO IT WHILE @!#$% SERVICING THE THING.
Those pads took two weeks to arrive!!
I made an appointment on a Monday afternoon to have them fitted. Taking unpaid time off work.
Workshop all locked up.
Phoned him "I don't work Mondays, must've miss-read your text."
Did he offer to jump in his van and come to the shop?
He did not.
There's only so many chances you can give somebody and this character's had more than enough.
Unreliable, unprofessional shambles.
