Excellent take away. Very clean. Super efficient team members behind the counter. Food cooked to order, fresh and tasty. Great value for money. If I lived closer this would definitely be my local chippy.
The staff really need to pay attention to what the customer is saying. I order fish and chips and a fish cake separately, with a little salt on the fish and chips.
She packed them all together with lots of salt on everything.
There were more bits of chips than whole chips, and because she wrapped the packaging so tightly, everything just became a big ball of everything.
the peas were the scrapings from bottom of the pan I know I worked in fish and chips since I was 13 im now 72 and still doing it part time sorry to be blunt hubby was bad all next day I didnt have peas I had curry no probs same fish and chips thanks for reading this review
Gone downhill since current owners have taken over... food is horrible, portion sizes terrible and swimming in grease. Always bad comments on local about this place on local Facebook page
Food was OK, chips bit hard nothing some gravy wouldn't sort out lol and only thing is its cash only having card option would be beneficial for people in a tight spot. Overall not bad for first time but will be visiting again as local to me in the village.
