Best KPortal Reviews

This was a brilliant joint to grab fresh food, with all the options presented well at the desk! The girl running the shop was really nice and went into detail about the origins of all the food, even giving us buzzers as we waited for it. My Sushi cone was delicious and came with the soy sauce as expected, served in decent time and prices are reasonable even!
Was passing last week and finally decided to try Sushi Invenress. I had the temaki. I have never had sushi that was not store bought before and I don't think I will even get store bought again. It was so tasty and fresh! Can't wait to go back! Side not my image shows one but it comes with 2 servings. It was so good I forgot to take a picture before I started eating!
Wow! Lovely fresh vegetarian sushi with a dipping sauce. It was perfect for a picnic. Beautifully made and a nice selection in one box.
Advertised as “Always fresh” (see picture) but they were using the same FROZEN dumplings as I have at home. The whole bag costs me less than these dumplings (£10). And some of the staff was quite rude to customers
My first time eating at Sushi Inverness in the newly remodeled Victorian Market food court was a diabolical experience. Ordered a Gunkan box at 1pm and did not receive my food until 1:25. I have worked in catering and if the wait had been to it being busy I would never complain, as I get it.
What I observed though was that there was only one order ahead of me, after that had been delivered. A young man whom was known to the chef had a meal prepared before mine as well as another customer's order. My ticket/order was not started until 1:20 after the chef was finished with these.
When I collected my order at 1:25 and complained that 25 minutes had passed and 2 others were served before me I received a shrug from the girl who took my order and no acknowledgement from the chef.
The meal was good, no complaints there, but the service was rubbish. I would not recommend, good luck to them when the season kicks in.
Absolutely fantastic experience at Sushi Inn Inverness Market Place! My family and I dined there today, and I must say it was an absolute delight. I'm genuinely baffled by any negative reviews regarding the rice temperature – the rice was perfectly light and fluffy, and the fish was exceptionally fresh. The tuna practically melted in my mouth, a testament to its quality.
The two gentlemen behind the counter were not only incredibly kind but also displayed a genuine passion for their craft. You could clearly see the care and dedication they put into every piece of sushi they crafted. Everything was made fresh right in front of us, and there was no compromise on quality. The presentation of the dishes was equally impressive – a harmonious balance between the rice, fish, and other components.
I have to commend Sushi Inn for their commitment to excellence. It's evident that they take pride in delivering a remarkable dining experience. If you're looking for exceptionally fresh and carefully prepared sushi, with a team that genuinely cares about what they serve, Sushi Inn Inverness Market Place is the place to be. Kudos to the team for creating such a wonderful culinary journey!
Warm regards,

Small stall inside the Victorian Market selling both pre-made and made to order sushi sets. Good range of vegetarian options, reasonably priced - we had the "Hungry Set" and "Vegetarian Hungry Set" and both were about £11 and delicious for lunch!
Sushi rolls are too big. Tastewise it was very good. Gyozas were drenched in soysauce and therefore too salty. It's also very clear that the gyozas are frozen and not fresh. 6.5/10
