Toller Service und sehr freundliches Personal! Alle Kellner sprechen englisch! Die Preise sind für eine Beach Bar, die zu einem Hotel gehört, absolut in Ordnung.
Abends haben wir an 2 Abenden nicht einfach am Strand, sondern direkt auf dem Strand bei angenehmen Licht gegessen. Das bestellte Essen wird etwas weiter oben im Hotel zubereitet und zügig zum Strand herunter gebracht
Family owned little restaurant in the middle of nowhere (close to Purana resort). The terrace overlooks the sea and the mangrove, the view is breathtaking. One of the table is installed inside of a real boat built on the terrace!
The family is very sweet and friendly.
The food is simple but really delicious. At sunset, the atmosphere is simply fantastic!
Keep in mind this is a local family trying to receive foreigners. Point to the menu kinda place. There is no "sunset restaurant" sign- or any other writing in English. The sign infront of the "house" is something about holy springs..... It's across from the Purana resort entrance.
Great local dishes. Stir-fry Curry solid medium spice (finally). Also medium sized portion. White Rice and a fist sized clump of stir-fry.
Prices were not cheaper than popular beach side restaurants. A plate averages 150 with little options for less. (See menu pics)
Effort has gone into the establishment, and feels clean and welcoming. Washroom clean and what a foreigner would consider normal.
Sunset blocked by huge tree, but after it goes to sleep, the clouds light up. Still just ok sunset. The mangrove style coast makes it feel kinda swampy.
Scooter is a must, as even biking would be far.. and dark after returning.
All in all, we loved it - But we prefer rough around the edges. If you dont- skip this resto.
