Horrendous service from this garage today! BMW X6 in for 4 wheel alignment. Was told that the track rod ends were seized so it could not be tracked and would cost £400 to repair. No issue with this because it may be the case, fair enough.
But was still charged £80+ for only tracking the rear , which they were unable to provide proof or print out of so no guarantee it has even been done.
Was told that their printer doesn’t work and therefor can’t have a print out nor receipt of the work carried out. Asked to collected paperwork in a few days when the print was fixed and was simply told no.
Even if we got the track rod ends fixed they want yet another £80+ to finish the tracking they havnt done the first time around!
There is a new owner and team at this garage. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable with BMW & Mini and has over 20 years experience of working at a main dealership. He is also electric & hybrid trained. His small team is friendly, helpful, open & honest. They also work on other brands of cars.
Avoid.
Overpriced parts. Prices which they tell you excluding VAT. Very unprofessional service from office, poor communication, proper rip offs. I have a BMW 320ci E46 which needed a full service and find and fix an oil leak. I have spoken to the owner on Thursday about a full service and a full check on the car plus finding an oil leak so a woman from the office booked it in for next day for a check to find where the oil coming from. Dropped it off next day they found the leak which was from the oil housing unit. You got 2 seals there which cost around £20 if you buy the expensive ones. I spoke to this woman in the office and booked it in for next week Tuesday as the quoted price was £275 for the service and the oil housing gaskets. Well, that's what I thought. This quote has been told to me by her on Friday. I believed it's an average price for the service and the gasket so I dropped it off and I went to pick it up in the afternoon. Read carefully what comes now. I get the receipt of £692....Yes that's correct £692 So they changed the whole oil filter housing when it needed two seals only and charged me for £312 for the full service. I have asked for the old oil housing unit to see what is the problem. I gave them a chance as it could be cracked. I opened it and there is no problem with it at all apart from the seals. You can decide that they are so unprofessional or just total rip offs. When I asked what is this price the answer was that they sent me an email with the prices which I never received. So actually I paid around £400 pounds more than if I take it to the garage I normally using. The quality of the work carried out is great but I have to give a 1 star review as it is either a very well organised rip off or just miscommunication or no communication at all between the mechanic and the office which I doubt.
I'll write it down how you supposed to do this as a business. The mechanic check the car then tell office what is needed, office gives a quote, if the quote changes of some reason you contact the customer and ask for permission to go ahead. Don't change parts which don't need to be changed. Include VAT in prices as not everyone is a business owner.
I am just so disappointed.

Took my F10 520d in yesterday, (20/03/19) for rear brake pad replacement. As always a top notch job done and friendly service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. top banana.
Car went in for squealing noise from front end. I asked them to check the brakes. They replaced a top shock mount and did the rear brakes.
They left the hand brake unadjusted and DIDN'T check the front brakes when replacing the back also. This led to my car rolling backwards down a hill!! I had to get the another mechanic to redo the shoddy work.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
Very good and prompt service! I took my BMW Z4 to this garage as I needed a new roof motor and hydrolic pump they done it all within a few hours at a very reasonable price a fraction of the price a BMW dealer would of charged me. Take no notice of the one bad review calling them a rip off garage! They far from ripped me off! I'm very pleased with the service and price and will be using this garage again!
Went in as car wouldn't start had car for weeks told timing chain had jumped and couldn't fix charged £280 for the pleasure didn't put my car back together left bits off everywhere. Sent a guy to tow it home within 20 mins the recovery guy fixed my bmw and i drove it home. Stay clear proper rip offs and unprofessional service.
When Ryan says he is a BMW specialist he is underestimating the quality of his work. As an independent he really is far better that BMW and substantially cheaper - but never is never a loss in quality.
Very highly recommended - and he does Volvo's and Mercedes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
