Very nice walled gardens with a wide variety of fruit and vegetables being grown as well as flowers. Fresh produce in the cafe which was really tasty. There is undercover seating in a walled greenhouse as well as gazebo's in the gardens with outdoor seating. Well worth a visit if you are in the locality and interested in gardens and want a coffee etc
Lovely place and highly recommend it. Most of the food on offer I believe is grown locally and tastes awesome.
Nice 4 mile walk with the dog and a spit of lunch here pretty much makes my day.

Beautiful place! My husband and I had a day off work, sans children!, So we popped here for the morning. It was very quaint and also lovely and quiet, just us on this weekday, and the lady there gave us a lovely warm welcome and wonderful friendly service. We had a sandwich and cream tea, both were delicious, and we had a lovely view of the gardens, with a little shower of snow thrown in too! It was a lovely relaxing and cosy morning and we're planning to come back in the summer too when the gardens are a bit more "active".
Lovely tea room in the countryside , fresh local food, great setting. Sit inside, outside or in the glass peach house...free parking across the road. Garden to walk round
Fantastic place for adults and children, grab a glass of locally produced fruit juice or even a cup of tea from around the world whilst you relax in the walled gardens, it’s a real show stopper and a well kept secret in Staffordshire.
Maintained mostly by friendly and informative volunteers, with a head gardener overseeing. This place is certainly worth a visit. It's free to park and just wander around. Food and drink is towards the pricier end, but the high quality makes it good value. Pretty much everything we ate was grown in the garden!
What a wonderful little find! Visited with a friend and our children, went for a walk and adventure in the woods nearby which was just beautiful.
We then went into the walled garden for a drink and some cake. All the food and drinks were made from the food grown here. We got lovely apple juice, cakes and a lovely scone with blackberry jam which was delicious. A real little jem tucked away in the countryside.
The gardens where gorgeous and we really enjoyed walking round and spotting the different fruit growing and all the bees and butterflies flying around.
Well worth a visit and would certainly recommend a visit. Lovely friendly staff too.
They have just reopened so are only doing drinks and cakes at the moment but they said that will be doing cold food to start with in a couple of weeks.
Thank you for an enjoyable visit and we will certainly be back again soon ????
Beautiful setting, incredible food and a wonderfully calm and tranquil atmosphere. Ooh and the cake is bloomin marvelous too.
