I have had a lovely experience with this salon, I read some of the reviews yes some are bad but I took faith in the good reviews, I booked in for a manicure and lash lift with a brow tint, Ciara was brilliant and arranged my patch test and appointment straight away. She was flexible with dates and times as I finished work at 4pm.

Been to this salon recently as it is close to my work, I think the customer service is spot on. I prefer Ciara to do my eyelash extensions and my manicure, she always takes her time and very chatty. She is honest and reliable.
I will always use this salon till any problem:) but I have all faith in her to smash this salon. Keep going x
I used to absolutely love this saloon & used to sing its praises to everyone, however I had so many appointments cancelled or moved it became ridiculous.
I completely stopped using the saloon but decided to give it one last go a few months ago. I wish I hadn’t bothered - the customer service is non existent & it just feels like it’s being run into the ground.
This salon used to be my top choice for pedicures, but the quality varies. Annie, who was excellent, has left. Recent appointments with Ciara have been hit-or-miss, skipping key steps like exfoliation and moisturising. It's disappointing to pay for something and not receive the full service. The inconsistency is a letdown.
Loved my Mani and pedi at stunning beauty. Lovely salon and girls that make you feel at ease straight away.
The salon itself is a lovely space and the products used are of a good quality, what let's it down is the customer service/culture and inconsistency of service provided. I've had a package with the salon which is of great value, however I've now cancelled due to my experiences.
The staff never acknowledge you when you walk in, they also openly moan in front of customers about other customers they have coming in, and each other. I get the impression that no one enjoys working there. I've had multiple manis, pedis and removals from there and the quality of each has varied, sometimes it seems that the staff just can't be bothered and want you gone ASAP. This doesn't create a nice environment as a customer, hence I've cancelled my package.
It's a shame as the salon is lovely and I believe the staff are good at what they do, but the staff that work there just don't seem happy which creates an unpleasant environment as a customer. I'd rather pay more and feel welcomed elsewhere.
Came here for holiday prep, I showed a picture of the nail design I wanted, but they said they had run out of blooming gel so were unable to do it, this was disappointing as I’d chosen that design specifically for holiday. I’d previously had acrylic overlay on my natural nails however this salon uses BIAB. I asked if it would keep my natural nails strong, they said it would. Not even a week and a half later, all my nails had chipped and were peeling from the top, and one of my nails had completely cracked half way down. I’m really disappointed in this as my natural nails are really long and I’ve never had an issue like this before. I contacted the salon and asked if I could come in for repair, the replies I received were really long, so by the time I’d said I was available for the dates and times they had given, they responded a while after saying those appointments had now gone. It got to the point that I’ve given up trying and will just have to try and get my nails repaired elsewhere.
Beautiful salon but very poorly managed and it’s such a shame.
I’ve had 4 or 5 treatments of gel nails. 2 or 3 of my appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled at short notice by the salon.
Staff were opening moan about management and each other in front of customers. It doesn’t give a great impression and it didn’t feel like anyone was happy working there.
I know several people that have said the same.
There are many nail bars in Stony Stratford so I’ve got plenty of choice. If Stunning Beauty Co wants to succeed it needs to up its game.
Until then - I will be using another nail bar.
P.S. Annie was lovely (sad to hear she has left).
