Absolutely beautiful afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday.
Not everyone chose the afternoon tea and some ordered from the menu, all the food arrived together which was lovely. Plenty of tea in the tea pots (a good two large cups)
A very popular venue with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and would advise you book a table to ensure you have a seat.
Lovely scenic area with both a farm shop and a separate dining area. There’s also the choice of sitting outside with a log burner on the cooler days. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. It is more on the higher end regarding price but it’s a nice place to go for a treat. Food is fresh, homemade and tastes great. They really pack the sandwiches with generous amounts of filling. It’s always nice knowing that you’re supporting a local farming business. Highly recommend going for a great afternoon out.
Had a lovely walk up to stretton hall farm shop on Saturday. Beautiful weather for it and it was nice and quiet. Not many people about.
Great visit to Stretton Hall Farm cafe and shop. My mum broke her ankle last week and Dad has dementia but getting them out still is important, so took a trip to their favourite local place for lunch. Stretton were so accommodating with the wheelchair and Dad with his walker, had already set up a ramp ready for us and reserved a convenient table and couldn't do enough to help. The service is always good and good food. Well worth a visit. The shop is small but sells some nice food and drink bits too. Well worth a visit.
Having heard and seen such great reviews I was looking forward to a lovely lunch with friends. The views across the fields are beautiful. We all chose the scampi and chips. Well, what a disappointment it was very overcooked ,I prefer my chips well done, but these were burnt, soggy and drenched in fat. The scampi was well over cooked also and the peas. The waitress was informed and apologised, she offered some more scampi or cake to recompense. We declined as lunch was somewhat ruined by then . The food was overcooked, over priced and under whelming. We seem to be a minority in the reviews so it's a shame, but for a first time experience I would not return.
Fabulous! Only been for breakfast so far and it was delicious! Cakes in the chiller look gorgeous and the prosecco afternoon tea looks fab!
Love this place. Fantastic to be able to call in with my dog and us both be able to go inside to buy a coffee and cake. Very friendly staff. Lots of undercover seating and a lovely log fire on cooler days. Fabulous pick-your-own sunflowers and pumpkins in the season.
My first visit. Waited more than 20mins had to ask when we were likely to get our food. My panini was cold the inside was a slab of cold mozzarella disappointed.
